Ultrasonic Welding Presses
A large number of ultrasonic welding applications can be efficiently solved with the standardized welding presses. Different sizes and concepts, in combination with easy-to-implement customer-specific adjustments, allow perfect adjustment to your needs.
A universal machine that is used equally for small and medium quantities.
In the standard version, this 20kHz machine is offered with a soundproof cabin. To protect the components, a film indexing device can be retrofitted and we offer systems for indexing the sonotrode and holder for faster tool changes. If you need special control functions due to complex component geometries, we will adapt the software. Integration into production lines is possible.
The basic machine works with 2,000 watts alternatively with 1 or 4 kW. Different output powers up to 1,500 watts are available for 30kHz applications.
Small Press for Ultrasonic Welding Applications CP34
Very compact welding press for small to medium quantities and component sizes.
Suitable for both welding, flanging and riveting applications. The construction is based on the use of a high proportion of standard assemblies.
The frequencies 30, 35 and 40 kHz are available in all performance classes for this system. In addition to the pneumatic version, an electric feed unit can also be used.
Ultrasonic Multi-Head Welding System MK-X
The concept combines the advantages of a “universal” welding machine that can be used flexibly with those of a special machine that works with several sonotrodes.
Typical areas of application are multiple riveting or welding on longer components, e.g. covers, or correspond to work processes in “pairs” as left and right components that can be produced simultaneously.
The frequencies 30, 35 and 40 kHz are available in all performance classes for this system.
Ultrasonic Rotary Table Systems
These systems are built according to customer requirements. Depending on the requirements, other work steps are carried out in addition to the welding.
Rotary table systems are used for medium and high quantities. With the use of special indexed recordings, there is the possibility of processing other similar products on the system. This reduces the conversion times to a minimum.
The frequencies 30, 35 and 40 kHz are available in all performance classes for this system. When using 20 kHz, noise protection measures may have to be taken.
Ultrasonic Hand Lever Presses
These presses are often used for small quantities and for applications that require higher forces or accuracy compared to a hand-held device.
With a clever implementation, the right tools and the right accessories, these presses can also bring very good and consistent results.
The frequencies 30, 35 and 40 kHz are available in all performance classes for the different versions.
