The generator is one of the central components in an ultrasonic system for cutting or welding. It takes over the electrical drive of the mechanical oscillating system by means of a converter.
Our generators can also take over control and regulation functions for different operating modes and parameters.
Ultrasonic Generator E-GUS
Universal generator that can be used flexibly as a desktop device.
It has proven itself a thousand times over as a standard generator for ultrasonic welding systems or hand-held devices. Due to its design, it is completely insensitive even when there is a large amount of dust, such as occurs in the textile or paper industry. This generator series is not suitable for applications with carbon fibers or where there is splashing water.
The generator is available in frequencies of 20, 30, 35 and 40kHz and in power classes from 400 – 4,000 watts

This generator is the tool of choice if you have carbon applications or are dealing with spray water.
